Description: Palette spring has been intermittently active since it was named in the 1880’s, probably for the varied colors in its runoff channels. Since the late 1990's it has been particularly active and has expanded and formed beautiful travertine terraces and hot pools and killed and buried trees making it presently one of the most interesting springs at Mammoth. Every print and book are signed by Tom Murphy |
